So we joined Accel Fitness here in WDM a couple weeks ago, and I've gone every day since joining--except for last Saturday. And I have gained a pound! What the heck! I'll admit the point of joining wasn't weight loss, it was for toning and for something to do between the hours of school ending and Rob getting home from work. But still! Someone at school told me that my body composition is changing and my body retains more fluid as muscles break down and rebuild and this and that and all these other expert-sounding explanations. They said you should be more concerned with size, not weight. I might start reading the fitness mags at the gym. I know a lot about calories, not a lot about fitness.
