Fall

It actually felt like fall this weekend.  In the way that I just wanted to lay around in sweats & drink hot coffee & listen to the rain.  And do nothing.  So....we went to the pumpkin patch.  Mace wore those boots ^^^ so even though it was sort of cold & windy....oh well.  He looked the part, we took cliché pumpkin patch pics, etc.
The whole thing was sort of a non-event besides Mace enjoyed riding in a wagon and in one of those little barrel train things behind a tractor.  And he saw some horses and goats that he insisted were "dog-dogs" so learning our animals is obviously coming right along.
It was fine and fun and we went home and changed into sweats right away and maybe now I should look at Pinterest to find something cool to do with these pumpkins?

  1. So fun! I love that Mace says "dog-dog" because Asher actually still says that as well! He loves to repeat words like that. And, Asher insists that any dogs who have pointed ears are cats, so I understand the animal confusion thing as well, haha :)

  4. Pumpkin Patch and camo boots for the win! We saw some weird hybrid animal at our pumpkin patch that I must admit I called a dog until I realized it was some sort of miniature cow...mixed with....something else. Creepy.

We're supposed to get "down" to 70 this week. That's about the extent of Fall around these parts. Whomp whomp!
Take some cooper, or gold spray paint, paint your pumpkins, add a cute bow. And, wah-lah - pretty pumpkins that will last till Halloween!
